Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: 14910 Airline Rd, Rosharon, TX 77583.
Exp Payrate: ($22/hour)
Shift: 2nd Shift- 3: 30pm –midnight

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to run production bays.
- Install mechanical tooling using hand tools (e.G., Allen wrenches, torque wrenches).
- Work in a fast-paced, semi-automated manufacturing environment.
- Interact with hydraulic presses, robots, and conveyors (operation only, not maintenance).
- Handle and package shaped charges (explosives).
- Maintain productivity and safety standards in a hazardous materials environment.

Experience and Skills

- Top 3 Skills:
1. Comfort with HMIs or touchscreen systems.
2. Mechanical aptitude with basic hand tools.
3. Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Not suitable for candidates who prefer task-based, slower-paced work.

Work Environment
- Location: 14910 Airline Rd, Rosharon, TX 77583.
- Shift: Mon-Fri 3: 30 pm - Midnight
- Hazardous Materials: Yes, powdered explosives;full PPE and training provided.

Physical Demands
- Fast-paced, hands-on work.
- Must be comfortable working around hazardous materials.
