Job Overview & Responsibilities:
The Equipment Procurement Specialist is directly responsible for oversight and execution of upfitting a de novo location with the necessary materials, equipment, branding, and standards required. This position works alongside other departments including facilities and marketing.

Atlanta, GA 30339
Responsibilities:
- Upfitting de novo locations with the necessary medical, fitness, and office equipment in the appropriate budget and timeframe
- Capital expense approvals
- Ordering and receiving equipment
- Staging the clinic
- Maintaining effective communication and information sharing with the field
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and other partners essential to upfit
- Ensuring the necessary delivering and staging of de novo clinic furniture
- Responsible for exterior and door signage for de novo locations
- Collaborating with marketing team on installation and coordinating elements of interior signage and graphics
- Aligning clinic staging and deliveries to be immediately following construction completion prior to target open date
- Equipment maintenance ticketing system- coordinate equipment tickets with appropriate vendors for timely repairs
- Local travel sometimes required
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications & Pay Range:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must have demonstrated skill in prioritizing daily responsibilities and crises to handle a heavy workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Window-based applications.
- Must be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Required Credentials:
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree Preferred by Not Required
- 1-2 years of Project Management Preferred by Not Required
Compensation:
- $50,000-60,000 annually (Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
