Equipment Operator

Our client, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Process & Equipment Operators. As a Process & Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a willingness to learn and cross-train, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.

Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Ladysmith, WI

Pay Range:  $19/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential from 7p-7a

Shift: 2nd & 3rd, 3p-11p and 11p-7a.

What's the Job?

• Safely operate industrial machinery, including automated packaging lines
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize output and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following good housekeeping practices
• Assist with light-duty maintenance and operate forklifts as needed

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment
• Safety-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic
• Prior forklift experience
