What You'll Be Doing

• Operate yard loader safely and efficiently to move and load aggregates
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Maintain organized stockpiles and ensure material flow
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance standards
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and troubleshooting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
