What you will do::

Equipment Maintenance & Repair

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and operational issues on a variety of equipment
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Remove, repair, reinstall, and adjust components such as engines, fuel systems, and related mechanical assemblies
  • Perform preventative maintenance services including lubrication, inspections, fluid changes, and component replacement
  • Conduct safety inspections and operational checks in accordance with company standards

Field Service & Customer Support

  • Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests as needed
  • Assist customers and internal teams with equipment-related concerns and service recommendations
  • Support equipment troubleshooting and operational guidance
  • Maintain professional communication regarding repair status, timelines, and service requirements

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare repair estimates and service recommendations
  • Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repair documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain communication with management regarding repair progress, equipment condition, and operational concerns
  • Track maintenance activities and support equipment history documentation

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations
  • Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, and operational risks promptly

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with service personnel, operations teams, and customers to support business needs
  • Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What you will bring::
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and repair documentation
  • Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance or repair experience
  • Experience with construction, industrial, agricultural, rental, or heavy equipment
  • Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and engine systems
  • Experience with computerized diagnostics and work order systems
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Work is performed in shop, yard, warehouse, and field service environments
  • Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to lift and move materials and components (up to 75 lbs as required)
  • May require travel for field service calls and emergency repairs
  • May require extended hours based on operational needs
