Equipment Maintenance Technician III
Delta Shift: Thursday-Saturday: 7p-730a

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician III to take on a senior-level role within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional who brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime, guiding maintenance activities, and ensuring production systems operate safely and efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all Equipment Maintenance Technician II duties with advanced skill and leadership
  • Lead by example in promoting and adhering to environmental health and safety policies and procedures
  • Execute and oversee preventative maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose complex equipment malfunctions using advanced testing tools and techniques
  • Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on CNC machines and other production equipment
  • Install, maintain, and repair complex machinery including lathes and specialized manufacturing systems
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
  • Fabricate parts, perform precision alignments, and complete skilled mechanical fitting
  • Maintain facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and structural components
  • Track and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
  • Support shop floor organization, coolant systems, scrap processes, and 6S initiatives
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with standards
  • Provide leadership and direction in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
  • Construct and repair structural items such as crates, frames, and workstations
  • Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
