Responsible to sustain, optimize, and improve Semiconductor Equipment performance and reliability in Dry etch area: Applied Materials DPS Metal, Applied Materials DPS Poly, Applied Materials EMAX Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials Super-E platforms. Other system types such as LAM2300, LAM 4400, LAM4500, LAM9400, TEL Unity-ME SCCM, Axcelis Fusion Asher and SPTS DRIE and Applied Materials Producer experience is also desirable. Lead all maintenance activities scheduled and unscheduled on assigned equipment. Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to area technicians, drive cost savings projects, generate and execute on time improvement projects on assigned equipment. Optimize spare parts inventory and reduce spares cost.Lead the process of evaluating new equipment or software and make recommendations to meet TowerJazz business objectives.
