Other system types such as LAM2300, LAM 4400, LAM4500, LAM9400, TEL Unity-ME SCCM, Axcelis Fusion Asher and SPTS DRIE and Applied Materials Producer experience is also desirable. Lead all maintenance activities scheduled and unscheduled on assigned equipment. Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to area technicians, drive cost savings projects, generate and execute on time improvement projects on assigned equipment. Optimize spare parts inventory and reduce spares cost.Lead the process of evaluating new equipment or software and make recommendations to meet TowerJazz business objectives. Perform source inspections at the vendor site as required, and work with facilities and the vendor to meet installation schedules.Work with the Process Engineering group on identifying opportunities to improve yield, and maintaining equipment process parameters within specificationsIdentify and implement sustaining capital upgrades that can increase tool performance, with associated ROI justificationWork with IE, Production, and Process groups on identifying opportunities to improve cycle timeProvide a monthly report summarizing all maintenance and project activitiesWork with a high level of autonomy according to managerial prioritiesComply with all ISO requirements and be able to develop new ISO procedures as needed.Ability to travel to domestic and international Tower sites to provide support as neededJob RequirementsBachelor of Science degree in an Engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience supporting and maintaining Semiconductor Equipment, with strong problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to a component level on Applied Materials DPS Metal, Applied Materials DPS Poly, Applied Materials EMAX Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials MxP+ Oxide, Applied Materials Super-E platforms, LAM2300, LAM 4400, LAM4500, LAM9400, TEL Unity-ME SCCM, Axcelis Fusion Asher and SPTS DRIE.In depth knowledge of equipment functionality, subcomponents, control circuit, and its process parameters is required.Thorough knowledge of measurement instrumentations, electro-mechanical devices, vacuum systems, Robotics/Sensors, and strong engineering/Technology skills is a must.Candidate must have the ability to conduct data and statistical analysis to evaluate equipment performance.Strong leadership and computer skills are required.Compensation:$114,000 - $140,000#IND100#J-18808-Ljbffr
