Our client is seeking an experienced field service and technical support professional to serve as a subject matter expert for chromatography and mass spectrometry instrumentation. This individual will provide advanced troubleshooting support, lead technical escalations, mentor engineers, support service process improvements, and ensure high-quality service delivery for laboratory customers.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical lead for chromatography and mass spectrometry service activitiesSupport and resolve complex field service escalationsPerform installation, maintenance, repair, qualification, and troubleshooting of analytical laboratory instrumentationProvide remote and on-site technical support to customers and field engineersDevelop and maintain service procedures, qualification protocols, and technical documentationSupport service pricing, labor estimates, and inventory planningTrain and mentor engineering team members on instrumentation maintenance and troubleshootingEnsure compliance with GxP and other applicable regulatory requirementsMaintain strong customer relationships and provide recommendations to optimize instrument performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field7+ years of experience supporting analytical laboratory instrumentation3+ years of experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment.Hands-on experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry platforms, including HPLC/UHPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, and related technologiesStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
