Summary:
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our most reliable and fastest network by working with cellular engineering and operations. Your main focus will be on Macro Modification Projects, ensuring that the equipment required for our macro cell site projects is available and complete when needed. You will collaborate with various Network teams to implement new technologies and services and meet project milestones.

Responsibilities:

Determine equipment needs for new and existing cell sites based on engineering plans and project outlines.
Coordinate the ordering and integration process to provide complete equipment sets for projects.
Manage supplier relationships to meet targeted network milestones and turn-up dates.
Attend project update meetings to present status updates.
Follow appropriate methods and procedures for equipment tracking and inventory control.
Initiate Material Requests for shipment from our centralized warehouse.
Track equipment with a focus on expense reduction and just-in-time ordering.
Monitor all equipment expenditures.
Ensure vendor payment utilizing PeopleSoft Equipment Procurement.
Oversee equipment installation and acceptance.
Review drawings for accuracy.
Use Fuze to order equipment.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of DC power systems used in the telecommunications environment.
Knowledge of cellular network architecture.
Knowledge of Ericsson base station equipment, CATS/FULCRUM, MapInfo, FUZE, PURCH, and PeopleSoft.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $47.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
