Equipment Assembly Technician

We are seeking reliable and mechanically inclined candidates for a hands-on manufacturing assembly role at an innovative company located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. If you enjoy building equipment and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will assemble mechanical and electrical components, following detailed drawings and work instructions. Hours:
8:00am 4:30pm, Monday Friday (First Shift)

Pay:
$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electrical components for commercial equipment
Install pumps, motors, valves, heaters, piping, fittings, hoses, controls, and related parts
Read and interpret drawings, work orders, bills of materials, and instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, drills, and measuring equipment
Inspect finished work for proper fit, function, and quality
Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts
Assist with equipment testing and final inspection
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve assembly issues
Support other areas of production as needed

Minimum Requirements

Mechanical/assembly experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
Good mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
Ability to read a tape measure and follow simple drawings and instructions
Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, plumbing, piping, or electrical components is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills and processes

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with electrical or plumbing components
Knowledge of engineering drawings or schematics

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous manufacturing, mechanical, maintenance, or fabrication experience is a plus; training provided for motivated individuals
