Job Summary
The EPSO LMS Administrator will work as the technical lead, coordinating with teams from the Tennessee Board of Regents to create, manage, and administer Statewide Dual Credit (SDC) exams to TN high school students, assist the EPSO Coordinator with technical support, data collection, reporting efforts, and teacher trainings, and assist the EPSO Director with supporting EPSO management and expansion efforts. This position requires high attention to detail, including manipulating large sets of student information and securely managing the resulting data sets, proficient knowledge in LMS funcitions, administration, and support, and the ability to handle multiple complex projects at once.
This position may have the opportunity to work remote within the state of Tennessee but with periodic visits to the TBR System Office (Nashville, TN) at the employee’s expense, and potential travel to Tennessee TBR colleges may be necessary.
Job Duties
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3 years administering an LMS
• Experience providing technical support services and supporting course management systems
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
• Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 4+ years administering an LMS
• Experience with D2L
• Experience collaboarating with SMEs to design and develop e-learning solutions.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience

• Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with senior leadership within the business organization and end-user customer service support
