CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Training Logistics Lead to oversee and coordinate the operational execution of a large-scale Epic training program. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless training delivery through effective planning, logistics management, and alignment with clinical and operational workflows. The Training Logistics Lead will play a critical role in role mapping, course catalog management, workflow alignment, learning lab coordination, printed materials, and overall training logistics, ensuring all end users are prepared for go-live and beyond. Key Responsibilities Training Logistics & Coordination Lead the planning and execution of all training logistics, including scheduling, resource coordination, and room/virtual setup Coordinate training calendars across roles, departments, and locations Manage class rosters, enrollment, attendance tracking, and training completion reporting Ensure all technology, environments, and equipment are prepared and functional for training sessions Role Mapping & Course Catalog Management Partner with operational and application teams to develop and maintain role mapping aligned with Epic security classes and job functions Build and manage the course catalog, ensuring appropriate curriculum is assigned to each role Validate that all users are mapped to correct training pathways and required courses Workflow Alignment Support Collaborate with application analysts, Principal Trainers, and operational stakeholders to ensure training reflects current workflows and system build Support validation of workflows within training materials and environments Identify and address gaps between system functionality and training content Learning Lab Coordination Plan, coordinate, and manage learning labs and practice environments Ensure appropriate setup of training environments, scenarios, and access for end users Support independent learning opportunities and reinforce hands-on system proficiency Printed Materials & Training Assets Oversee production and distribution of training materials, including job aids, quick reference guides, and manuals Ensure materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with Epic build and organizational standards Manage inventory, packaging, and delivery of printed materials to training locations Ancillary Readiness Activities Support broader training readiness efforts, including communications, scheduling coordination with leadership, and training status reporting Assist with go-live readiness planning and execution Coordinate with ancillary teams (e.g., IT, facilities, operations) to ensure all training support needs are met Participate in command center or go-live support activities as needed Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a key liaison between training, IT, clinical operations, and project leadership Provide regular updates on training readiness, risks, and mitigation strategies Support change management and end-user readiness initiatives Required Qualifications Experience supporting Epic implementations or large-scale healthcare IT training programs Strong background in training logistics, coordination, or program management Experience with role mapping, course catalog management, and LMS systems Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
