CTG is seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Support Analyst with deep expertise supporting hospital financial operations within Epic. This role will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic Revenue Cycle applications to ensure efficient billing, claims processing, and overall financial performance. The ideal candidate brings strong Epic system knowledge, hands-on support experience, and a comprehensive understanding of hospital Revenue Cycle workflows, including both front-end and back-end operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Epic Revenue Cycle applications, including resolving system issues and user-reported incidents Troubleshoot and analyze problems related to billing, claims, reimbursement, and patient account workflows Collaborate with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements Configure and maintain Epic build to support operational and regulatory requirements Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and new functionality deployments Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial systems and reporting Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, system changes, and support procedures Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, patient access, and clinical operations Required Qualifications & Experience Epic Certification & Experience: Active Epic certification required (e.g., HB, PB, Claims, or related Revenue Cycle modules) Deep hands-on Epic experience supporting build, configuration, and production environments Strong understanding of integrated workflows across Epic Revenue Cycle applications Revenue Cycle Expertise: Proven experience supporting hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including: Patient access and registration Charge capture and coding Billing and claims processing Payment posting and denial management Solid understanding of how system workflows impact reimbursement and financial outcomes System Support & Analysis: Experience troubleshooting complex system and workflow issues Ability to analyze current processes and recommend improvements Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $120,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
