Build, configure, test, and maintain Epic clinical applications (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, ClinDoc, Orders, Willow, ASAP, etc.) based on assigned modules.
Support clinical workflows including:
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and system optimization initiatives.
Partner with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, quality, safety, and operations teams to translate clinical and operational needs into Epic configuration and technical build.
Facilitate workflow design sessions and serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical functionality.
