Overview:
The Epic Beaker LIS Reporting Analyst designs, develops, validates, and maintains laboratory reporting and analytics within Epic Beaker and enterprise data platforms. This role develops reports, dashboards, data extracts, and SQL queries using Epic tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Clarity, and Caboodle. The analyst partners with laboratory, quality, clinical, and IT stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable data supporting operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in healthcare information systems, clinical analytics, or LIS environments. Epic Beaker, Cogito, Clarity, or Caboodle experience and laboratory operations experience preferred.
Job Description Summary:
Performs the planning, design, build, validation, testing, and implementation of information systems that support and enhance clinical practice and business processes. Works with minimal supervision to design, build, implement, and support core Epic module(s) and accounts for integration points with other EHR modules. Must have the ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; could require occasional after-hours support and overnight travel.
