The Willis Knighton Rehabilitation Institute is seeking an Environmental Services Technician. This position will be responsible for daily cleaning of patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, common areasand any other areas assigned in accordance with the facilitys objectives. The individual will regularly use cleaning devices, including 16oz wet mops, wringers, dusters, vacuum cleaners, cleaning chemicals, commercial washers and dryers and other necessary tools, products and supplies. This job requires the applicant tobe able toexert 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds frequently and 10 pounds constantly. Actual shift times may vary depending on the needs of the facility, which will likely require some weekends and some evenings. The candidate selected for this position will be required to attend a hospital and a departmental orientation upon hire.
