Environmental Services Supervisor Burton''''s Ridge Assisted Living

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the community's physical plant, grounds, and equipment in-order to ensure a safe environment.

Position Responsibilities Supervisor of Maintenance:

• Repairs and maintains or supervises repairs and maintenance of the physical structure of the facility and equipment or obtains professional maintenance of equipment and/or facility
• Assists in maintaining the grounds including mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and the shoveling of dirt and snow.
• Maintains all records for the environmental services departments, conducts preventative maintenance program
• Cleans and maintains mechanical and electrical systems
• Orders and distributes all supplies for laundry, housekeeping and maintenance
• Orients new hires on fire safety, SDS and lock out tag out procedures
• Performs heavy scrubbing, waxing and buffing

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be licensed to drive without restrictions.
