Environmental Services Manager - Tropicana Laughlin

Job Summary

The Environmental Services Manager leads the public area housekeeping and sanitation operations at Tropicana Laughlin, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in delivering Caesars Entertainment's legendary Family Style Service by creating a pristine and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, facilities management, or environmental services
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead with empathy while upholding Caesars Entertainment's values of integrity, service, and community
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and sanitation regulations preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to walk the property for extended periods and conduct inspections
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weights when needed
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including high-traffic public areas
  • Ability to respond quickly to operational and guest service needs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
