Housekeeper

Full-Time: This weekday position will work 68-80 hours every two weeks; primarily at the Holmen campus but will also rotate to the Eagle Crest North campus.

Housekeeper/Custodian

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Housekeeper/Custodian to join the team, based out of Holmen and Eagle Crest North. This person may be asked to work at several of our locations in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse, WI.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for common cleaning practices within several Eagle Crest Communities' locations.
• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and public common areas within the facility
• Variety of duties including, but not limited to: mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, and public restroom cleaning
• Maintenance and use of floor care equipment

What You'll Need

• Previous experience cleaning is beneficial, but not required-We will train the right fit for our team!
• Must enjoy working with our senior citizens
• Must be able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

Our Wages

• Starting FT hourly wage between $18.50 and 20.00+, based on experience and qualifications
• We'll review your wages at 100 days - we pay more for high performance!
