Sodexo is seeking Environmental Service Manager for Cooper Medical Center, located in Camden, New Jersey. Cooper Medical Center is a 640 bed facility, offering this Mid-Day Shift (12 Noon start time) position managing a team of 25 employees. This role will report directly into the Operations Manager and will include 1 rotating weekend every 4 weeks. This role will support the management of the outer buildings.  Cooper is a Level 1 Trauma Center with extremely high volume. Our Sodexo Healthcare housekeeping teams work to direct custodial operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. 

What You'll Do

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• need to have floor care experience in a custodial and housekeeping setting; 
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• support an inclusive workforce.
