Position Details ----------------

### Facility Morton Plant Hospital Location: Clearwater, FL

### Status Full Time

### Shift 800 AM - 4:30 PM, including every other weekend

As an Environmental Services Coordinator team member, you will:

• Coordinate the daily operations of the Environmental Services team
• Observe the quality of Environmental Services team members by conducting weekly inspections of areas of responsibility
• Maintain records of special cleaning, floor, and other projects
• Communicate with customers to resolve problems and support team members
• Coordinate Tele tracking to ensure prompt completion of discharge cleaning
• Organize the receiving and storing of supplies to meet service requirements
• Serve as a departmental liaison for all internal and external customers

In emergencies, you will perform all aspects of the environmental services positions.

Qualifications -------------

### Required Experience 1 year in a Lead/Supervisor role or 6 months in a BayCare Environmental Services Technician Senior position

### Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent GED

### Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• Certification includes CHEST
