Position Summary:
Our Nutrition & Food Services Cooks perform a variety of patient food services, cafeteria food services, catered events, and other special assigned tasks under the supervisor of our Nutrition & Food Services leadership team.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and execute meals for patients & their families alongside the Dietary Aides • Perform designated work and cleaning routines for the department • Ensure that meals are prepared and presented with excellence to provide quality customer service
Work Schedule: FTE 0.2, 8 hours per week, 4pm-12:30am, every other weekend
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent preferred but is not required • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment is helpful • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
