Genesis10 is currently seeking an Environmental Program Manager with our client located in Mojave, CA. This is a direct placement position. This role is 100% onsite.

Salary Range:$105,000-$125,000/year

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage environmental compliance, conduct assessments, and implement programs to minimize environmental impact
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability initiatives and regulatory compliance are met
  • Monitor environmental regulations and ensure organizational compliance
  • Manage and support Title V reporting and permit renewal process
  • Maintain environmental training programs (Air, Waste, Wastewater, Storm Water, SPCC)
  • Oversee waste management program
  • Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies
  • Educate and train employees on environmental issues and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with government agencies, consulting firms and other stakeholders regarding environmental permits and regulations
  • Manage emergency response and contingency plans
  • Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions
  • Promote sustainable practices within the organization

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience focused on environmental compliance; Familiarity with Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations
  • Proficiency in environmental monitoring and reporting tools
  • Only U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and political asylees or refugees are eligible to apply
