HDR is seeking a highly motivated Environmental Planner 2 to work in our Transportation Business Group as a member of our Environmental Sciences and Planning Section based out of either our Nashville or Brentwood, Tennessee offices.
In the role of Environmental Planner 2, well count on you to:
• Collect and report project-related environmental data • Research interviews with government agencies and clients • Map reviews and field investigations of environmental features • Prepare NEPA documents including associated technical memoranda • Prepare for and participate in public and client information meetings and hearings • Prepare plan and analyze review technical studies permit applications NEPA documents and similar reports • Assist public and private clients with permit coordination acquisition and compliance for wetland impacts bridge construction and threatened or endangered species • Manage and report on all aspects of environmental projects including scope, schedule, and budget • Perform other duties as needed
