The Environmental Maintenance Manager is a full-time, Grade 05 position based in Wisconsin Rapids, responsible for leading the facility's Environmental Program.
They oversee compliance with air, water, wastewater, and waste regulations, manage wastewater treatment and water systems, and lead environmental initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
The role involves supervising the environmental team, supporting capital projects, audits, and reporting, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of environmental management experience, and knowledge of environmental regulations. Certifications in wastewater treatment are preferred.
