Support and improve plant safety programs and OSHA compliance
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Deliver safety training to production and leadership teams
Partner with operations to identify and mitigate hazards
Maintain safety documentation and compliance reporting
Support emergency preparedness and contractor safety programs
3+ years of EHS or Safety experience in manufacturing (food manufacturing a plus)
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety management systems
Experience with incident investigation and safety training
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
Safety certifications (ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST) a plus
Experience with GMPs, HACCP, or SQF is beneficial
