Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician
Location: Telford, TN
The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician supports the organization's efforts to maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. This role plays a key part in daily EHS operations, including regulatory compliance, safety inspections, environmental monitoring, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Technician works closely with the EHS Manager and cross‑functional teams to strengthen the company's safety culture and environmental stewardship.
- EHS Program Support - Standardize and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs. Assist EHS manager as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance - Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, TDEC, etc.). Update and maintain compliance calendars.
- Safety Inspections - Conduct routine workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and job‑specific safety evaluations.
- Incident Management - Support incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.
