The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator Senior serve as a key EHS subject matter expert within a manufacturing facility, leading initiatives that ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. This role drives continuous improvement in safety performance, systems, and culture while partnering with cross-functional teams. The position plays a critical role in advancing EHS strategies, strengthening workforce engagement, and supporting governance processes. It also provides hands‑on expertise to enhance safety performance and mitigate risks across operations.Why This Role Matters Drives continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety strategies across the facility to strengthen overall performance and cultureEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, reducing risk and protecting employees and operationsEnhances workforce engagement by building safety awareness and supporting safety committees across hourly and salaried teamsPartners cross‑functionally to improve plant systems, governance processes, and long‑term EHS effectivenessWhat You Will Do Provide EHS expertise and coaching on the manufacturing floor, identifying improvement opportunities and supporting implementation of solutionsLead and support incident investigations, including causal analysis and implementation of corrective actionsTrack, analyze, and report EHS key performance indicators while advising on regulatory and compliance requirementsConduct inspections and audits of EHS processes and equipment to ensure compliance and effectivenessDrive continuous improvement of EHS programs and management systems across the facilityMaintain compliance with environmental permits and site‑specific regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in environmental, Health and Safety or a related field3+ years of experience in environmental and/or health and safety, including implementation of safety programsKnowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, as well as environmental management systems such as ISO 14001Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems#LI-FM1Goodyear offers a competitive pay and comprehensive total rewards package designed with your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing in mind. The pay range for this position is$80,408.00 - $149,327.00However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
