Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure Facility Response Plan and Risk Management Plan compliance; Assist with periodic review and plan updates.
CEMS - maintenance oversight: training and ongoing correspondence with operators, troubleshooting technical issues with third-party contractors, assisting with RATA/RAA. Compile and review quarterly data; first draft of report for review.
Emissions tracking: compiling and reviewing monthly data from various departments (Accounting, Ops, etc.)
LDAR program: correspondence with third-party contractors (Tri Hydro) and the maintenance department on an ongoing basis, scheduling inspections, monitoring, and reviewing new and existing components in the field, and reviewing reports given by third parties.
Preventative maintenance within environmental compliance: monitoring and tracking completion of PM Work Orders & Inspections
SPCC/SWPPP program compliance- Responsible for completing required inspections - monthly/quarterly/annually: conducting site-wide inspections on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure program compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with gathering, reviewing, and starting the following reports: annual stormwater, quarterly air, annual air, semi-annual MON report, operational data monthly review, NPDES monthly, and quarterly.
Hazardous waste recordkeeping and tracking for compliance.
EPCRA 311/312/313 compliance familiarity for hazardous chemicals.
General facility plans - fugitive dust plan: recordkeeping/tracking on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Conduct and provide training on environmental requirements to employees and the Management Team

Qualifications
Minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university - Preferably in a science field.
3 years of applicable work experience.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Work is normally performed in an indoor office environment.
Occasionally, work may be performed within the plant (manufacturing) environment.
While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk, and hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Benefits & Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $70,000, with potential adjustments based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
