We are seeking an experienced EHS&S Coordinator with strong environmental compliance expertise, particularly in air quality regulations, to lead safety and environmental programs within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a proactive and sustainable safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead environmental compliance programs with a focus on air permitting, emissions reporting, and regulatory compliance with EPA and state requirements.Manage air compliance requirements, including Title V permits, emissions tracking, monitoring, and reporting.Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Plan (RMP) programs.Lead site emergency response planning and preparedness initiatives.Conduct compliance audits, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement efforts.Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action programs.Ensure compliance with waste management, water quality, and chemical handling regulations.Develop and deliver training programs while promoting best practices in safety and environmental performance.Qualifications3+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of air regulations, permitting requirements, and emissions compliance.Experience with OSHA, EPA, and process safety standards.Demonstrated ability to lead programs and influence a positive safety culture.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsCSP (Certified Safety Professional) or ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification.Experience in chemical manufacturing or facilities subject to PSM/RMP requirements.Familiarity with emissions monitoring systems, environmental reporting tools, and compliance audits.Additional InformationFull-time leadership position reporting directly to the Plant Manager.Competitive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
