Job Duties:
Work hybrid remote. Join our Environmental Group in Princeton, where you will represent clients on a wide range of environmental permitting, compliance, and transactional matters.
- Advise clients on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance matters at the federal, state, and local levels.
- Represent clients before regulatory agencies, including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
- Counsel clients on matters involving site remediation and brownfield redevelopment.
- Counsel clients on land use and other NJDEP permitting and compliance requirements.
- Provide environmental support in transactional matters, including due diligence and risk assessment.
- Assist with or lead environmental litigation and enforcement matters.
