Responsibilities
The Environmental Assistant Staff Project Manager supports environmental consulting projects through fieldwork, data collection, analysis, and project coordination activities. This role provides foundational experience in environmental consulting services, including due diligence, assessment, remediation, and compliance. The Environmental Assistant Staff Project Manager develops technical competency, project understanding, and early project management skills under supervision while demonstrating ECS Core Values.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to the practice of Environmental Consulting
1 years of related experience
If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Basic knowledge of environmental principles and applications.
Basic knowledge of environmental permitting processes, regulations, and test methods
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professionally
Basic decision-making and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying site conditions
Ability to lift and carry field equipment (~40 lbs)
Must have the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
