Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in facilities/environmental engineering, high‑tech manufacturing, utility operations, or industrial construction.
Strong technical knowledge in environmental operations, utilities, or facilities systems.
Experience in regulatory compliance and environmental engineering programs.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $127,800 to $217,200 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members. Drive sustainability initiatives across the site, including energy conservation, greenhouse gas reductions, and the reduction of hazardous waste. Partner with the corporate sustainability team to advance carbon reduction goals
Manage procurement of electricity, natural gas, and water, supporting forecasting and cost optimization.
