The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs and policies that ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. This role promotes a safe workplace culture, minimizes risks, and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance.Key Responsibilities:Conducts facility inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.Reviews/develops health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.Monitors compliance with safety procedures.Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.Ensures that material safety data sheets are maintained and readily accessible when needed.Maintains records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.Performs other related duties as assigned.Ability to lead a team toward a common goal.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in EHS management within manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments (preferred).Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
