Job Title Environmental, Health, and Safety ManagerLocation Salt Lake City, Utah / OnsiteType Fulltime Direct Hire (No C2C or sponsorship available)About the Role Talent Groups is partnering with a growing construction organization seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to support large scale data center construction projects in the Salt Lake City area.This role will lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives across active construction sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, company, and client safety standards. The Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager will promote a strong safety culture focused on incident prevention, accountability, and operational excellence.Responsibilities Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across active construction projectsConduct safety audits, inspections, and jobsite assessmentsEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulationsDeliver safety orientations and training programs including OSHA 10 and 30, confined space, excavation safety, and CPR/First AidMonitor subcontractor safety compliance and jobsite safety performanceLead incident investigations and corrective action processesTrack and report safety metrics, incidents, and trendsMaintain OSHA documentation, employee training records, and compliance reportingPartner with project leadership and clients to support a strong safety first cultureSupport occasional travel as neededQualifications 5+ years of Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership experience within construction environmentsExperience supporting heavy civil, underground utility, industrial, or mission critical construction projectsStrong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 regulationsExperience conducting safety training and incident investigationsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in active construction environments and support flexible project schedulesPreferred Qualifications CHST CertificationOSHA 500 CertificationData center or mission critical construction experienceExperience with trenching, excavation, confined space, traffic control, and DOT complianceOnly qualified candidates will be contacted.
