The EHS Engineer will support regulatory and industry health and safety requirements while balancing operational, personnel, and business needs in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion workplace safety through leadership, communication, and training.Conduct EHS training (respiratory, fall protection, hazard communication, ergonomics).Perform ergonomic evaluations and industrial hygiene risk assessments.Apply OSHA, NFPA, NEC, SEMI, and ANSI standards.Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis.Lead site safety committee meetings and manage corrective actions.Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and best known methods (BKMs).Provide safety coaching to employees and leadership.Qualifications5+ years of EHS experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, safety, or related field.Semiconductor equipment manufacturing experience strongly preferred.CSP, CIH, CHMM, or CPE certification is a plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work independentlyAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
