This role is responsible for driving regulatory compliance, strengthening safety culture, managing risk reduction initiatives, and ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards. The EHS Manager will partner closely with plant leadership and employees to create a proactive, safety-focused environment that supports operational excellence and employee well-being.ResponsibilitiesPrimary person responsible for maintaining optimal environmental, health, and safety conditions for the sites.Audit and analyze the site's environmental activities to be consistent with the industry's best practices and government compliance.Implement new and manage current plant health, safety, and environmental programs.Work and build relationships with company employees, and train on safety program procedures and best practices.Determine best practices regarding safe operational processes and train staff to implement safety changes.Work and build relationships with multiple government compliance agencies and divisions.Lead injury and incident inquiries and evaluations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
