Position: Entry Writer

Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay Range: $22.00/ hr


Key Responsibilities

  • Process customs documentation accurately and efficiently, including commercial invoices, customs declarations, Importer Security Filings, and other required forms
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing sources, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure clear and timely communication
  • Monitor shipments and proactively identify and resolve potential customs delays or issues
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery while addressing any customs-related concerns
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in documentation to maintain compliance and avoid delays
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support smooth operations and assist with additional logistics responsibilities as needed
