Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Fri 5:30 AM–3:00 PM)
Hours: 49 hrs/week (mandatory)
Job Description:
We are seeking welders with strong MIG and Flux Core welding skills to join our team. You’ll work on structural components such as beams, columns, rails, and stairs in a precision-driven steel mill environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on structural steel components
+ Weld plates to beams and columns to meet quality and structural standards
+ Read and interpret welding blueprints and symbols
Requirements:
+ Recent Welding Degree
+ Ability to read blueprints and use basic fabrication tools
Preferred:
+ Hands-on experience in structural welding
+ Experience with Flux
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
