Entry - Level Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician

RCM Restoration Services is hiring Entry-Level Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technicians to join our growing field operations team.

This is a hands-on role for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. No prior restoration experience required — we provide training for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with water, fire, and mold restoration jobs
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup
• Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers)
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, contents)
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols
• Work alongside experienced technicians and supervisors
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Represent the company professionally on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, bending)
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes emergency situations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

No Experience? No Problem

• On-the-job training provided
• Opportunity to earn certifications (IICRC, Mold, Water, Fire)
• Clear path to Technician II, Lead Technician, and Supervisor roles

Schedule & Work Conditions

• Full-time position
• Daytime hours with occasional on-call / emergency work
• Overtime opportunities available
• On-site field work (not remote)
