R&R Testing Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Testing Technician to join our growing materials testing and inspection team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the construction and engineering industry with paid training and advancement opportunities.

No prior experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform field and laboratory testing of soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete materials
• Assist with construction inspection and quality control testing
• Collect samples from job sites and production plants
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate testing records
• Operate testing equipment and learn industry procedures
• Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project teams

Requirements:

✔ High school diploma or GED

✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work

✔ Strong attention to detail and reliability

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Willingness to learn and grow in a technical field

Preferred but Not Required:

• Construction, labor, or mechanical experience
• Interest in engineering, construction, or materials science
• Basic computer skills
