As a Fiber I/R Technician, you'll install, repair, and maintain fiber-optic telecommunications equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing residential installations
- Troubleshooting and repairing fiber equipment
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to meet service goals
- Representing the company professionally with customers
- Working in various weather conditions and at heights
- Using job management systems to document work
What You'll Need:
- Your own truck or van (required)
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
- Ability to work safely and efficiently to industry standards
- Flexible availability to meet changing schedules
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in indoor/outdoor environments
- Basic computer proficiency
Contracting with Triage Partners, LLC requires successful completion of:
