Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry-Level Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.

This role is critical in supporting the material and logistical needs of our operations. The Supply Chain Specialist will serve as a key liaison among onsite customers, external customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet operational requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responds to requests for quotes

  • Responds to postproduction customer supply inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution

  • Assists in the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities and capacity

  • Responsible for managing material inventory levels

  • Support process improvements

  • Prepare reports and performance dashboards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience with warehouse inventory (e.g. parts accuracy and accountability)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with good Time Management

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to coordinate with 3PL (Third Party Logistics) to complete tasks

  • Ability to communicate and escalate issues
