Pay: $40,000 – $50,000 base + Commission

What You’ll Do:
- Learn and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify hiring needs and introduce staffing solutions
- Develop and manage a growing pipeline of business opportunities
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver strong results for clients
- Track activity, goals, and performance metrics
- Participate in networking and community events
What We’re Looking For:- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making calls, meeting new people, and handling rejection
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and general business tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
