Responsibilities
Receive hands-on training to master insurance sales with strong fundamentals, ethical persuasion, and a proven, repeatable process
Work live inbound calls and warm leads from customers actively shopping for coverage no cold prospecting
Learn a structured sales system for auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance
Become a trusted advisor by educating clients, uncovering needs, and confidently recommending the right coverage
Build complete household solutions by bundling multiple policies, increasing value for clients and commissions for you
Operate with clear scripts, workflows, and daily activity targets designed to drive success
Keep detailed, accurate records of conversations, quotes, and results in the CRM
Respect and protect agency lead investments by following process and accountability standards
Participate in daily team training, coaching, and skill-building sessions
Stay on top of follow-ups via calls, texts, and email while maintaining an organized, active pipeline
Continuously sharpen your skills through feedback, role-play, and performance reviews that support growth
