As an Entry Level Sales & Promotions Assistant, you’ll support sales and marketing campaigns that help our clients expand their presence in the Bakersfield community. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for energetic candidates who want exposure to real-world promotions, customer engagement, and performance-based growth.

In this Entry Level Sales & Promotions Assistant role, you will:


  • Follow up directly with former, current, and potential clients to gather feedback and improve marketing effectiveness

  • Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility in the local market

  • Collaborate with team members to conduct market research and identify new revenue opportunities

  • Inform customers about promotions, offers, and updates to create a positive sales experience

We’re seeking an Entry Level Sales & Promotions Assistant who brings:

  • Under 5 years of experience as a Sales Associate, Marketing Representative, Brand Ambassador, or similar role

  • Strong interest in sales, promotions, and marketing strategy

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to build relationships with customers and represent brands professionally

  • Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals in a marketing-driven environment

  • Ability to commute daily to our onsite Bakersfield office location
