In this Entry Level Sales & Promotions Assistant role, you will:
Follow up directly with former, current, and potential clients to gather feedback and improve marketing effectiveness
Assist with sales and marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility in the local market
Collaborate with team members to conduct market research and identify new revenue opportunities
Inform customers about promotions, offers, and updates to create a positive sales experience
Support the organization and management of sales contracts and campaign documentation

We’re seeking an Entry Level Sales & Promotions Assistant who brings:
Under 5 years of experience as a Sales Associate, Marketing Representative, Brand Ambassador, or similar role
Strong interest in sales, promotions, and marketing strategy
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to build relationships with customers and represent brands professionally
Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals in a marketing-driven environment
Ability to commute daily to our onsite Bakersfield office location
