Overview: The Licensed Sales Producer in Training is the front line of lead engagement — supporting licensed agents by generating interest, setting appointments, and transferring qualified prospects. This is a sales development role intended to grow into a licensed position.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and existing lists.
- Qualify prospects and transfer live calls to licensed agents.
- Set and confirm appointments for licensed sales staff.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture interested leads via CRM/text/email.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Hit predetermined targets for live transfers and appointments.
Path to Promotion:
- Upon meeting appointment/live transfer goals consistently over 60–90 days, Agency will cover licensing costs and promote to LSP.
- Expected earnings between $40-60k annually.
