Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role:

As a Market Response Representative (MRR) on the EntreLeadership team, you'll be the first connection point for prospective clients interested in our coaching, events, and business solutions. You'll quickly engage inbound leads, build trust through meaningful conversations, and determine how we can best serve each client.

You'll play a key role in creating a smooth transition from initial inquiry to our Account Executive team by gathering meaningful insights, documenting client needs, and positioning our sales team for success.

  • Completing outreach cadence steps consistently and on time
  • Demonstrating persistence and tenacity in pursuing prospective clients
  • Clearly and confidently explaining the sales process to prospective clients
  • Positioning Account Executives as trusted experts
  • Effectively relaying key information during live transfers
  • Taking detailed, organized notes to create continuity throughout the client journey
  • Participating actively in trainings, role plays, call reviews, and coaching opportunities
  • Contributing ideas to improve the MRR process and client experience
  • Bringing consistent energy, activity, and professionalism each day
