About the Role

This remote, 1099 independent contractor position offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential. You’ll receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the resources you need to succeed—no prior sales or insurance experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services

• Conduct virtual or phone consultations to assess their needs and goals

• Recommend customized solutions that fit their situation and budget

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM

• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills
