About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Agents. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based pay and unlimited earning potential. You’ll receive step-by-step training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed—no prior sales or insurance experience required.
What You’ll Do
Contact warm leads who have requested information about our products
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to understand client needs
Recommend solutions that fit client goals and budgets
Guide clients through the application process
Maintain records of all client interactions in our system
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
